I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Anthropology from Michigan State University and a Master’s of Arts in Business and Organizational Anthropology from Wayne State University. I grew up in the Metro Detroit area. I enjoy home-brewing beer of all varieties, photography, knitting, and writing pulp-horror and flash fiction. I collect vintage and antique cameras, books, and typewriters.
I’ve worked as a gardener, a mover, a fabricator, a photojournalist, a receptionist, a market researcher, a web and brand strategist, an office manager, an antiques seller, and freelance consultant.
I aspire to be an author, though I realize that wanting a write a combination of non-fiction anthropology/philosophy and pulp-horror is an interesting niche to have chosen.
